Product Description
This state-of-the-art device is meticulously engineered for z-shaped lamination of anode and cathode plates, as well as the separator for lithium-ion battery cells. Initially, the anode undergoes the folding process, accommodating either the same side or the opposite side of the anode and cathode ears. Upon the completion of the lamination process, the separator is then precisely heated, followed by the application of side glue for enhanced adhesion.
Optional Configuration: Tailor the device to your specific needs with the option to choose either pasting side glue or flat glue. Additionally, you can set the end coil separator and specify the number of end coil coils, ensuring maximum flexibility and customization to meet your production requirements.
The discharge mechanism of the cell seamlessly integrates with the entire line conveying system for efficient operations. Moreover, this device can be upgraded into a cutting and folding machine for versatile applications. Post-separator cutting, it ensures meticulous dust removal at the cell's end, maintaining a clean and precise production environment.
