It impressively includes functions like short circuit testing of cells, ensuring superior quality and safety in operations.Before and after welding, it boasts capabilities such as automatic feeding, tab welding, post-welding tab cutting, tab bending, burr pressing on the welding surface, taping, and automated sorting of OK/NG products. Its mature functionality and modular design allow for flexible configurations to meet diverse user demands.
The system provides a flexible butt joint for incoming material modes of cells before welding, including options like belt pulling, material framing, or front section setups.
Incoming materials are managed with precision, featuring hot pressure tests and automatic elimination of defective cells to maintain high-quality standards.
Every critical procedure allows choice between mechanical or CCD mode for precise cell positioning, enhancing accuracy and reliability.
Pre-welding processes can be tailored with sheet or roll materials, including automatic length cutting and protective sheet automatic welding, ensuring seamless operations.
The pre-welding and final welding stages are optimized with electrode identification for cathode and anode, complemented by a specialized dust removal function to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
Ultrasonic welding ensures strong bonds with no virtual welding, minimizing vibration powder, and preventing damage to separators. It avoids thermal insulation glue and eliminates the need to crack foil.
CCD systems can be integrated to detect the precise positional accuracy of electrode tabs, maintaining the integrity of the welding process.
Customizable configurations are available to meet customer-specific requirements, offering multiple welding taping styles such as flat, L-type, and Z-type taping.
All accessories are designed for continuous operation, enabling non-stop material changes to optimize productivity and efficiency.
