It boasts capabilities such as conducting a short circuit test on each cell.before and after welding, the machine expertly handles auto feeding, tab welding, and thoroughly cutting the tabs post-welding. It skillfully bends the tabs, presses burrs on the welding surface, applies taping, and sorts products into OK/NG categories with precision. Its mature function performance and modular design allow for user-driven flexible configuration.

Experience the flexible butt joint of incoming material modes for cells pre-welding, whether via belt pulling, material frame, or front section configuration.
Incoming materials are equipped with a hot pressure test and an automatic system to eliminate any incoming defective cells, ensuring quality and reliability.
Each critical procedure allows for the choice between mechanical or CCD mode for accurate cell positioning.
Pre-welding options include configurations for either sheet or roll materials, featuring automatic length cutting and protective sheet automatic welding.
During pre-welding and final welding, the machine offers cathode and anode electrode identification and a specialized dust removal function for immaculate results.
Enjoy ultrasonic welding superiority with fastness, eliminating virtual welding issues, vibration powder, and avoiding damage to the separator. No need to hot insulation glue or crack foil.
Optional CCD configuration ensures precise detection of electrode tab positioning accuracy.
