To start, the anode undergoes a precise folding process, which accommodates either the same side or the opposite side of the anode and cathode ears. Following the completion of this lamination process, the separator is precisely heated, and side glue is expertly applied to ensure superior adhesion.

Optional Configuration: Customize your device to your unique specifications with the choice between pasting side glue or flat glue. Additionally, you have the flexibility to set the end coil separator and determine the number of end coil coils, enabling unparalleled customization to meet your exact production requirements.
The state-of-the-art discharge mechanism of the cell seamlessly integrates with the entire line conveying system for efficient and streamlined operations. Furthermore, this versatile device can be upgraded into a cutting and folding machine for a wide array of applications. After the separator cutting process, it ensures meticulous dust removal at the cell's end, maintaining a clean and precise production environment.
