This advanced machine is meticulously designed for the batch production process of automatic liquid injection packaging of soft-packed lithium-ion batteries, with compatibility extending to Bluetooth batteries. Its primary functions are robust and seamless, featuring: automatic cartridge loading, precise scanning and input of battery bar codes, manual input of electrolyte batch numbers, pre-injection weighing, vacuum injection, vacuum standing, secure vacuum packaging, post-injection weighing, NG sorting, and efficient battery cartridge discharging.
Technical Features
1. The equipment cavity boasts an automatic release mechanism, ensuring easy maintenance and adjustment of the cavity's internal mechanisms.
2. The cavity packaging station can rotate 90 degrees, positioning the head towards the operating position for effortless cleaning and maintenance.
3. Liquid injection mode: Utilizing a ceramic piston to enhance precision, stability, and injection speed, allowing for continuous operation for up to 30 days without necessitating piston sleeve cleaning.
