Functions and Features

The continuous slitting machine is an automatic equipment for slitting the whole roll of battery electrode into the required width by discharging, slitting, brushing powder and collecting materials. The unwinding of the pole piece of the machine is an inflatable shaft type passive unwinding.

The unwinding is controlled by optical fiber tracking and automatic deviation correction. The unwinding tension is controlled by automatic closed-loop tension control system. Through the ultra-precision scuttering tool seat to achieve scutching and divided into the upper and lower two axes cross winding, winding adopts slip axis winding, using ultrasonic detection of winding diameter, automatic control and adjustment of winding line speed and winding tension, each tension is controlled separately to achieve the consistency of each tension;

Humanized operation: All the commonly used keys are placed on the right hand side of the operator, and the machine only needs one person to operate it; Unwinding tension control adopts imported automatic closed-loop tension control system to achieve constant tension unwinding; Winding adopts slip axis winding, real-time calculation of the winding diameter taper tension control, to ensure the tension uniformity of each splaying product and the uniformity of winding;

Cutting tool holder: new 100 tool holder, Φ100 blade, the upper and lower blades can be trimmed several times, the upper and lower blades have the function of wiping powder and vacuuming;

Dust removal system: When cutting, each upper blade is separately wiped with powder vacuum suction, and the lower blade is wiped with powder vacuum suction. After cutting, two sets of anti-static brush powder and vacuum suction can synchronously remove the dust on the pole sheet, with silence Industrial dust collector;

The upper and lower coiling press wheel is driven by cylinder, easy to operate;
Waste collection: It is equipped with a waste collection traction roller, two side materials are pulled separately, keep the tension of the two outermost edges consistent with the tension of the strip, has the function of pole edge defect detection, and is equipped with a large-capacity waste box;

The machine has the overall sealing function, the door transparent arc design, saving space, beautiful and generous, to ensure a qualified production environment;
