This versatile machine is meticulously designed for the batch production process of automatic liquid injection packaging for soft-packed lithium-ion batteries, including Bluetooth batteries. Its core functionalities encompass: automatic cartridge loading, battery barcode scanning and input, manual electrolyte batch number entry, pre-injection weighing, vacuum injection, vacuum standing, vacuum packaging, post-injection weighing, NG sorting, and efficient battery cartridge discharging.
Technical Features
1. The equipment cavity features an automatic release mechanism, facilitating effortless maintenance and adjustment of its internal components, ensuring optimal functionality.
2. The cavity packaging station offers a 90-degree rotation with the head aligned to the operating position, making head cleaning and maintenance exceedingly convenient.
3. The liquid injection mode employs a ceramic piston to elevate precision, stability, and injection speed. Remarkably, it can operate continuously for 30 days without the need for piston sleeve cleaning.
