Its core functionalities include: automatic cartridge loading, precise battery barcode scanning and input, manual electrolyte batch number entry, pre-injection weighing, efficient vacuum injection, vacuum standing, secure vacuum packaging, post-injection weighing, NG sorting, and swift battery cartridge discharging.
Technical Features
1. The equipment cavity integrates an automatic release mechanism, enabling effortless maintenance and adjustment of its internal components.
2. The cavity packaging station features a 90-degree rotation, aligning the head to the operating position, simplifying head cleaning and maintenance.
3. The liquid injection mode employs a ceramic piston to ensure remarkable precision, stability, and injection speed. Impressively, it can operate continuously for 30 days without piston sleeve cleaning.
