This state-of-the-art device is meticulously engineered for the precise z-shaped lamination of anode and cathode plates along with the separator of lithium-ion battery cells. It begins by folding the anode, which can be executed either on the same side or the opposite side of the anode and cathode ears. Following the completion of the lamination process, the separator is gently heated, and the side glue is seamlessly attached, ensuring a robust and reliable bond.
Optional configurations are designed to meet diverse operational needs: the pasting mode can be selected to use either side glue or flat glue.
