This state-of-the-art equipment is meticulously crafted for the automated ultrasonic welding of pouch cell EV batteries, specializing in the stacking and winding of cells. It encompasses a robust array of features, including a comprehensive short circuit test to ensure the utmost safety and efficiency.Prior to and following the welding process, the machine performs an auto feeding and tab welding operation, seamlessly followed by precision tab cutting and bending. The device skillfully presses burrs on the welding surface, applies tape for added security, and conducts an auto sorting of OK and NG products. With its mature performance capabilities and modular design, it can be effortlessly customized to meet diverse user needs.
The system supports a highly adaptable butt joint configuration for incoming materials before welding, accommodating various methods such as belt pulling, material frames, or front section feeding.
Incoming materials can be equipped with a hot pressure test feature, ensuring any defective cells are automatically detected and eliminated, maintaining quality and reliability.
For each critical procedure, users can opt for either mechanical or CCD mode to precisely position the cell, enhancing the precision of operations.
Pre-welding can be optimized with sheet or roll material options, which include automatic length cutting. The system also supports automatic welding of protection sheets for enhanced product integrity.
The pre-welding and final welding stages incorporate sophisticated cathode and anode electrode identification, coupled with an advanced dust removal function for pristine results.
Ultrasonic welding is executed with exceptional fastness, eliminating virtual welding, and minimizing vibration powder, ensuring the separator remains undamaged. There is no risk of overheating insulation glue, and the process negates the need for foil cracking.
A CCD configuration option is available to meticulously detect the positional accuracy of electrode tabs, ensuring precision and quality.
The system can be customized according to customer specifications, offering a variety of welding taping methods, including flat taping, L-type taping, and Z-type taping.
All components are designed for seamless, non-stop material changes, maximizing operational efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Post-welding operations feature a flexible butt joint configuration for cell charging, supporting various methods such as pulling belt, feeding frame, or backside section feeding.
The control system is remarkably adaptable, equipped with automatic diagnostic and repair functionalities, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted workflow.
