Product Description

Functions and Features

This advanced device is exquisitely engineered for the precise z-shaped lamination of anode and cathode plates, as well as the separator for lithium-ion battery cells. The procedure initiates with the folding of the anode, which can be done on either the same side or the opposite side of the anode and cathode ears. Upon the completion of the lamination process, the separator undergoes a heating phase, followed by the meticulous application of side glue.

Optional Configuration: This versatile machine offers customizable pasting modes, allowing for either side glue or flat glue application. Additionally, users can set parameters for the end coil separator and determine the number of end coil turns.
The discharge of the cell seamlessly integrates with the entire line's conveying system. It also offers the potential for an upgrade to a cutting and folding machine. At the final stage, a precise dust removal process ensures the separator is cut cleanly and efficiently.
