Function Description
This advanced machine is masterfully engineered for the batch production process of automatic liquid injection packaging for soft-packed lithium-ion batteries, also compatible with Bluetooth batteries. It boasts an array of sophisticated functions including automatic cartridge loading, battery barcode scanning and input, manual electrolyte batch number input, pre-injection weighing, vacuum injection, vacuum standing, vacuum packaging, post-injection weighing, NG sorting, and battery cartridge discharging, among others.
Technical Features
1. The equipment's cavity is enhanced with an automatic release mechanism, ensuring convenient maintenance and adjustment of the internal mechanisms.
2. The cavity packaging station can rotate 90 degrees, positioning the head towards the operating area for easy cleaning and maintenance.
3. Featuring a ceramic piston for liquid injection, this machine ensures high precision, stability, and speed. It can operate continuously for 30 days without requiring piston sleeve cleaning.

Stable Performance: The packaging structure maintains stability in seals even after three months of continuous operation.

Rapid Transition Time: Achieves ≤4 hours changeover with two skilled transformation personnel (excluding electrolyte change time).
