Our CCD Stacking Machine is adept at handling the intricate process of z-shaped lamination, starting with the anode folding-either on the same side or the opposite side of the anode and cathode ears. Post lamination, the machine heats the separator and applies side glue, ensuring a secure bond essential for battery performance.

Optional configurations allow for versatility in the production line. The machine can be set for side glue or flat glue pasting modes, with adjustable settings for the end coil separator and the number of end coil coils. It also features a cell discharge mechanism that seamlessly integrates with the entire line conveying system. An upgrade to a cutting and folding machine is available, along with an end-of-cell dust removal system post-separator cutting.
