Product Description

Functions and Features

This state-of-the-art device is expertly designed for the meticulous Z-shaped lamination of anode and cathode plates, as well as the separator of lithium-ion battery cells. It offers the flexibility to fold the anode first, either on the same side or opposite side of the anode and cathode ears. Upon completion of the lamination process, the separator undergoes a heating procedure, followed by the application of side glue for enhanced adhesion.

Optional Configurations: This versatile machine allows for customization of the pasting mode, offering options for either side glue or flat glue applications. You can also configure the end coil separator and determine the number of end coil wraps according to your specific requirements.
Additional Capabilities: The cell discharge can seamlessly integrate with the entire line conveying system. The machine is upgradeable to include cutting and folding functionalities. Moreover, it features a dust removal process for the end of the cell following the separator cut, ensuring pristine quality and performance.
