Product Description

Functions and Features

This advanced device is meticulously designed for the precise z-shaped lamination of anode and cathode plates, along with the separator of lithium-ion battery cells. It ensures the anode is expertly folded first, whether on the same side or the opposite side of the anode and cathode ears. Upon the completion of the lamination process, the separator undergoes a heating phase, and side glue is meticulously applied for optimum adhesion.

Optional configurations offer remarkable flexibility: select between pasting side glue or flat glue. Additionally, you can set parameters such as the number of end coils and the configuration of the end coil separator.
Seamlessly integrated for efficiency, the device can discharge cells to align perfectly with the entire line's conveying system. It also offers an upgrade path to a cutting and folding machine. Furthermore, it includes an end-cell dust removal feature following the separator's cutting process, ensuring a pristine final product.
