This advanced equipment is perfectly designed for the automatic ultrasonic welding of pouch cell EV batteries, be it stacking or winding cells. It includes indispensable features such as a comprehensive short circuit test for the cells.before and after welding. It boasts auto feeding and tab welding, precise tab cutting post-welding, meticulous tab bending, and burr pressing on the welding surface. Additionally, it applies taping on the welding surface and performs automatic sorting of OK/NG products. The equipment's mature function performance combined with a modular design allows for flexible configuration tailored to user demands.

It offers a flexible butt joint of the incoming material mode for the cell before welding, accommodating belt pulling, material frame, or in the front section.
Incoming materials can be equipped with a hot pressure test function to automatically eliminate defective incoming cells.
Each critical procedure can be tailored with either mechanical or CCD mode for precise cell positioning.
The pre-welding process can be equipped with sheet or roll material options, featuring automatic length cutting and protection sheet automatic welding.
During pre-welding and final welding, the system identifies cathode and anode electrodes and includes a specialized dust removal function.
Ultrasonic welding ensures fastness without virtual welding, avoids vibration powder, protects the separator, prevents insulation glue from heating, and eliminates the need to *** the foil.
CCD technology can be configured to accurately detect the position of the electrode tab.
The system can be customized to meet customer requirements for various welding taping methods, including flat taping, L-type taping, and Z-type taping.
All accessories are designed to enable non-stop material change, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
Post-welding, it supports a flexible butt joint of the cell charging mode, accommodating belt pulling, feeding frame, or feeding in the back section.
The control system is highly adaptable, featuring automatic diagnosis and repair functions.
Throughout the production process, the data for each item can be seamlessly integrated with the MES system, ensuring efficient and consistent production management.
