This advanced machine is meticulously engineered for the batch production process of automatic liquid injection packaging of soft-packed lithium-ion batteries, including compatibility with Bluetooth batteries. Its main functionalities include: automatic loading of cartridges, precise scanning and input of battery bar codes, manual input of batch numbers for electrolytes, pre-injection weighing, vacuum injection, vacuum standing, vacuum packaging, post-injection weighing, NG sorting, battery cartridge discharging, and various other advanced operations.
Technical Features
1. The equipment cavity is designed with an automatic release mechanism, ensuring effortless maintenance and adjustment of the cavity's internal mechanisms.
2. The cavity packaging station has a 90-degree rotation capability, with the head facing the operating position, making cleaning and maintenance straightforward.
3. Liquid injection mode: Equipped with a ceramic piston to enhance precision, stability, and injection speed. It can operate continuously for 30 days without the need to clean the piston sleeve.

Stable performance: The packaging structure maintains a stable seal even after continuous operation for 3 months.

Fast changing time: ≤4 hours with 2 skilled personnel (excluding electrolyte change time). Transformation personnel must be proficient in equipment operation.
6. Economical replacement cost: The fixture is adjusted via a screw and does not require part replacement. The equipment's mechanical arm utilizes servo loading and unloading, allowing parameter modifications by model changes, with minimal part replacements needed.
