Its key functionalities include: automatic cartridge loading, battery barcode scanning and input, manual electrolyte batch number entry, pre-injection weighing, vacuum injection, vacuum standing, vacuum packaging, post-injection weighing, NG sorting, and efficient battery cartridge discharging.
Technical Features
1. The equipment cavity features an automatic release mechanism, enabling seamless maintenance and adjustment of its internal components.
2. The cavity packaging station allows a 90-degree rotation with the head aligned to the operating position, ensuring easy head cleaning and maintenance.
3. The liquid injection mode employs a ceramic piston to boost precision, stability, and injection speed. Impressively, it can function continuously for 30 days without the need for piston sleeve cleaning.
