This state-of-the-art device is meticulously engineered for the sophisticated z-shaped lamination of anode and cathode plates, along with the separator for lithium-ion battery cells. Initially, the anode undergoes a precise folding process, accommodating either the same side or the opposite side of the anode and cathode ears. Upon the successful completion of the lamination process, the separator is then finely heated, followed by the strategic application of side glue for enhanced adhesion and superior product integrity.

Optional Configuration: Customize the device to your specific needs with the choice of either pasting side glue or flat glue applications. Additionally, you can precisely set the end coil separator and dictate the number of end coil coils, providing maximum flexibility and tailor-made solutions to meet your unique production requirements.
The advanced discharge mechanism of the cell seamlessly integrates with the entire line conveying system for streamlined and efficient operations. Furthermore, this versatile device can be upgraded into a cutting and folding machine, catering to a wide range of applications. Post-separator cutting, it ensures meticulous dust removal at the cell's end, maintaining a pristine and precise production environment.
