This equipment is perfectly suited for the automated ultrasonic welding of pouch cell EV-Battery stacking/winding cells. It boasts advanced functionalities like cell short-circuit testing.It performs before/after welding tests, auto feeding & tab welding, cuts tabs post-welding, bends tabs, presses burrs on welding surfaces, applies taping on welding surfaces, and auto sorts OK/NG products. With mature functional performance and a modular design, it offers flexible configurations tailored to user demands.

Ensures a flexible butt joint of incoming cell material before welding, accommodating modes like belt pulling, material frame, and front section feeding.
Incoming materials can be equipped with hot pressure tests to automatically eliminate defective cells.
Key procedures offer options for mechanical or CCD-based positioning of the cell, ensuring precision.
Pre-welding configurations include sheet or roll material (with automatic length cutting) and protection sheet automatic welding.
The pre-welding and final welding processes feature cathode and anode electrode identification and a specialized dust removal function.
Ultrasonic welding guarantees fastness without virtual welding, vibration powder, separator damage, insulation glue heating, or foil cracking.
CCD systems can be configured to detect electrode tab position accuracy.
Customer-specific configurations for various welding taping methods are available, including flat, L-type, and Z-type taping.
All accessories support non-stop material change, ensuring continuous operation.
Post-welding, it provides flexible butt joint options for the cell's charging mode (belt pulling, feeding frame, and back section feeding).
The control system is highly flexible, featuring automatic diagnosis and repair functionality.
Seamlessly connect the production process data of each item with the MES system for integrated operation.
