This state-of-the-art equipment is meticulously designed for automatic ultrasonic welding of pouch cell EV-Battery stacking or winding cells. It includes essential functions such as conducting short circuit tests on cells.Its capabilities encompass pre and post-welding short circuit tests, automatic feeding and tab welding, efficient tab cutting post-welding, precise tab bending, burr pressing on the welding surface, taping on the welding surface, and automatic sorting of OK/NG products. The machine boasts mature functional performance, modular design, and flexible configuration tailored to user demands.
Offers flexible butt joint options for the incoming material mode of the cell before welding, including belt pulling, material frame, and front section configurations.
Incoming materials can be equipped with hot pressure tests and automatic elimination of defective incoming cells.
Each critical procedure allows for the selection between mechanical or CCD modes to accurately position the cell.
Pre-welding processes can be configured for both sheet or roll materials with automatic length cutting, along with automatic welding of protection sheets.
Both pre-welding and final welding stages feature cathode and anode electrode identification coupled with specialized dust removal functions.
Ultrasonic welding ensures robustness with no virtual welding, no vibration powder, no damage to the separator, no overheating insulation glue, and no need to *** foil.
Configure CCD to detect the precise positioning accuracy of the electrode tabs.
Customizable according to customer requirements, offering various welding taping methods including flat taping, L-type taping, and Z-type taping.
All accessories allow for non-stop material change, enhancing efficiency.
Post-welding, the machine offers flexible butt joint options for the cell charging mode, including belt pulling, feeding frame, and back section configurations.
The control system is highly adaptable, featuring automatic diagnosis and repair functions.
