Experience precision coating gap control with our high-speed radio tube, high-speed air cylinder, and independent gas circuit. Governed by a sophisticated high-speed straight servo valve, multiple methods are available to suit diverse operational needs.

With an intelligently designed flow channel in the squeezing die head, a spacer, and a gap control valve, our machine's advanced control system ensures meticulous handling of coating edges, beginnings, and ends for flawless results every time.
The entire coating slurry process is safeguarded within an airtight pipe and squeezing die head, providing excellent protection against pollution and environmental impacts, thus maintaining the purity and integrity of the slurry.
