This pioneering device is meticulously engineered for the precision z-shaped lamination of anode and cathode plates, along with the separator for lithium-ion battery cells. Initially, the anode undergoes precise folding, accommodating either the same side or the opposite side of the anode and cathode ears. Upon the completion of the sophisticated lamination process, the separator is then accurately heated, followed by the meticulous application of side glue for superior adhesion and durability.

Optional Configuration: Customize your device to meet your unique production needs with the choice of either pasting side glue or flat glue. Additionally, you can configure the end coil separator and specify the number of end coil coils, allowing for maximum flexibility and bespoke customization to meet your exact production requirements.
The cell's discharge mechanism seamlessly integrates with the entire line conveying system for optimized operational efficiency. Furthermore, this innovative device can be upgraded into a cutting and folding machine, providing versatile applications. Following separator cutting, it ensures meticulous dust removal at the cell's end, maintaining an immaculate and precise production environment.
