Product Description
This state-of-the-art device is perfectly engineered for z-shaped lamination of anode and cathode plates, along with the separator of lithium-ion battery cells. Initially, the anode is meticulously folded, be it on the same side or the opposite side of the anode and cathode ears. Upon completion of the lamination process, the separator undergoes precise heating and side glue application, ensuring superior quality and performance.
Optional configuration: The pasting mode offers flexibility between side glue and flat glue application. You can customize the settings for the end coil separator and specify the number of end coil coils, tailoring the process to your specific requirements.The cell discharge capability seamlessly integrates with the entire conveying line, allowing for smooth, continuous operation. Moreover, this device can be enhanced into a cutting and folding machine. At the final stage, the separator undergoes an advanced dust removal process post-cutting, ensuring pristine quality and reliability.
