Initially, the anode undergoes a precise folding process, accommodating either the same or opposite side of the anode and cathode ears. Upon the completion of the lamination process, the separator is then precisely heated, followed by the application of side glue for enhanced adhesion. This ensures an impeccable assembly, offering unparalleled efficiency and accuracy in manufacturing.
Optional Configuration: Tailor this advanced device to your specific needs with the option to select either pasting side glue or flat glue. Additionally, you can configure the end coil separator and determine the number of end coil coils, ensuring maximum flexibility and customization to meet your diverse production requirements. The discharge mechanism of the cell seamlessly integrates with the entire line conveying system for efficient operations.
