Functions and Features

This state-of-the-art device is meticulously designed for the precision z-shaped lamination of anode and cathode plates, along with the separator of lithium-ion battery cells. Focused on optimal efficiency, the anode is expertly folded first, whether it be on the same side or the opposite side of the anode and cathode ears. Upon the meticulous completion of lamination, the separator is gently heated and securely adhered with side glue, ensuring durability and excellence.

Optional configuration: This versatile machine offers customizable pasting modes, allowing for either side glue or flat glue application. Users can precisely set the end coil separator and adjust the number of end coil coils, providing unmatched flexibility in battery assembly.
For superior operational coherence, the discharge of the cell seamlessly integrates with the entire conveying line. This advanced system can be upgraded to include a cutting and folding machine. Additionally, it features an efficient end-of-cell dust removal process post-separator cut, ensuring pristine production standards.
