This state-of-the-art machine is meticulously designed for the batch production process of automatic liquid injection packaging for soft-packed lithium-ion batteries, including those used in Bluetooth devices. Its key functionalities encompass: automated cartridge loading, battery bar code scanning and input, manual input of electrolyte batch number, pre-injection weighing, vacuum injection, vacuum standing, vacuum packaging, post-injection weighing, NG sorting, and battery cartridge discharging, among other sophisticated capabilities.

1. The equipment cavity boasts an automatic release mechanism, simplifying maintenance and internal adjustments.
2. The cavity packaging station is capable of a 90-degree rotation, positioning the head towards the operating station for effortless cleaning and maintenance.
3. Featuring a ceramic piston injection mode, this machine ensures heightened precision, stability, and speed in liquid injection, maintaining continuous operation for up to 30 days without necessitating piston sleeve cleaning.

Stable performance: The packaging structure guarantees a stable seal even after three months of continuous operation.

Swift changeover: With a changing time of ≤4 hours and requiring only 2 skilled personnel (excluding electrolyte change time), this machine offers seamless transitions.
6. Cost-efficient replacement: The fixture is screw-adjusted, eliminating the need to replace parts frequently. Additionally, the servo-operated mechanical arm allows for easy parameter modifications by switching models with minimal parts replacement.
