Functions and Features

 

This state-of-the-art device is expertly engineered for the precision z-shaped lamination of anode and cathode plates, as well as the separator for lithium-ion battery cells. The process ensures the anode is folded first, accommodating both the same-side and opposite-side configurations of anode and cathode ears. Upon the completion of lamination, the separator undergoes a meticulous heating process, followed by the application of side adhesive for enhanced stability.

Optional Configuration: This versatile machine offers a range of customizable options, including the choice between side glue pasting or flat glue pasting. Additionally, you can set parameters for the end coil separator and determine the exact number of end coil coils required for your operation.
The discharge of the cell is seamlessly integrated into the entire production line, ensuring a smooth transition. The machine can be upgraded to include a cutting and folding mechanism, and it supports efficient cell dust removal after the separator is cut, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and precision.
