Functions and Features

 

This cutting-edge device is specifically designed for the precise z-shaped lamination of anode and cathode plates, as well as the separator of lithium-ion battery cells. The anode is folded first (either on the same side or the opposite side of the anode and cathode ears). Once the meticulous lamination process is complete, the separator is subjected to controlled heating and the side glue is expertly applied.

Optional configurations include the choice between pasting side glue or flat glue. The system allows for the setting of the end coil separator and the specific number of end coils, providing unparalleled customization and efficiency.
The cell discharge system seamlessly integrates with the entire production line, ensuring smooth operation. Additionally, the machine can be upgraded to function as a cutting and folding machine, with enhanced capabilities such as dust removal at the cell's end after the separator is cut.
