The state-of-the-art squeezing die head and precision metering pump are sourced from renowned Japanese manufacturers. The machine utilizes advanced hydrodynamics and is powered by a precision servo motor to ensure a consistently stable slurry flow.

Coating gap control is expertly managed using a high-speed radio tube, high-speed air cylinder, and independent gas circuit. This is regulated by a high-speed straight servo valve, offering multiple control methods for precision.
The intricate flow channel of the squeezing die head, spacer, and gap control valve work harmoniously with a sophisticated control system to provide excellent management of coating edges, as well as the starting and stopping points of the coating process.
The coating slurry is expertly directed through an airtight pipe and squeezing die head, minimizing exposure to pollutants and environmental factors, ensuring the integrity of the coating process.
Enjoy seamless productivity with non-stop auto roll-changing capabilities and high efficiency. Choose between two winding methods: front-side winding and reverse-side winding for optimal results.
The drying process features an active roller baking oven and floating oven, with diverse heating modes including electric, steam, and oil heating, to cater to varied operational needs.
Our system incorporates PLC, servo motors, tension control systems, auto correction systems, and pneumatic components, all imported from top global brands, ensuring reliability and performance excellence.
