This machine is tailored for the high-efficiency batch production of soft-packed lithium-ion batteries, including those used in Bluetooth devices. It boasts a host of automated functionalities: from the automatic loading of cartridges and barcode scanning, to manual entry of electrolyte batch numbers, pre-injection weighing, precision vacuum injection, vacuum standing, airtight vacuum packaging, post-injection weighing, NG sorting, and the seamless discharge of battery cartridges.

1. The equipment cavity features an automatic release mechanism, ensuring hassle-free maintenance and adjustment of internal components.
2. The cavity packaging station is designed to rotate 90 degrees, with the head facing the operator, facilitating easy cleaning and maintenance.
3. Enhanced Liquid Injection: Utilizes a ceramic piston to achieve superior precision, stability, and injection speed. This system can operate continuously for 30 days without piston sleeve cleaning.
