Initially, the anode undergoes a precise folding process, accommodating either the same side or the opposite side of the anode and cathode ears. Upon the completion of the lamination process, the separator is then meticulously heated, followed by the precise application of side glue for enhanced adhesion, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability in cell manufacturing.

Optional Configuration: Tailor the device to your specific production needs with versatile options such as pasting side glue or flat glue. Additionally, you can set the end coil separator and specify the number of end coil coils, offering maximum flexibility and customization to meet diverse production requirements. This ensures that the device can be perfectly adapted to the unique specifications of your manufacturing process.
The discharge mechanism of the cell seamlessly integrates with the entire line conveying system for efficient and streamlined operations.
