  • Sequential processing, including high and low voltage soaking, to enhance battery performance.
  • Collection of residual liquid post-injection.
  • Injection cup and nozzle cleaning mechanisms to maintain precision and hygiene.
  • Post-injection weighing and conveying, with additional nozzle cleaning using DMC solvent.
  • Application of liquid glue and plastic nail inspection.
  • Final discharge of processed batteries onto the conveyor.
