Function Description
This machine is tailored for the batch production process of automatic liquid injection packaging of soft-packed lithium-ion batteries, including compatibility with Bluetooth batteries. The primary functions encompass: automatic cartridge loading, barcode scanning and battery input, manual electrolyte batch number entry, pre-injection weighing, vacuum injection, vacuum standing, vacuum packaging, post-injection weighing, NG sorting, and battery cartridge discharging, among other functionalities.
Technical Features
1. The equipment cavity has an automatic release mechanism, simplifying maintenance and internal adjustments.
2. The cavity packaging station can swivel 90 degrees, with the head facing the operating position, facilitating easy cleaning and maintenance.
3. Liquid injection mode employs a ceramic piston to enhance precision, stability, and injection speed, capable of continuous operation for 30 days without cleaning the piston sleeve.

Stable performance: The packaging structure ensures the seal remains stable even after 3 months of continuous operation.

Fast changing time: ≤4 hours with 2 skilled transformation personnel (excluding electrolyte change time).
6. Low replacement cost: The fixture is screw-adjusted, eliminating the need for part replacement. The equipment's mechanical arm uses servo loading and unloading, with parameters modifiable by model change, minimizing part replacements.
