This exceptional machine is crafted for the seamless and efficient batch production process of automatic liquid injection packaging for soft-packed lithium-ion batteries, including compatibility with Bluetooth batteries. Its core functionalities encompass: automatic cartridge loading, precise scanning and input of battery barcodes, manual entry of incoming electrolyte batch numbers, pre-injection weighing, vacuum injection, vacuum standing, vacuum packaging, post-injection weighing, NG sorting, and meticulous battery cartridge discharging.
Technical Features
1. The equipment cavity boasts an automatic release mechanism, ensuring effortless maintenance and adjustments of the internal mechanism.
2. The cavity packaging station is designed to rotate 90 degrees, positioning the head towards the operating position for easy cleaning and maintenance.
3. Liquid injection mode: Utilizing a ceramic piston to enhance precision, stability, and speed of liquid injection. It operates continuously for 30 days without necessitating piston sleeve cleaning.

Fast changing time: ≤4 hours with 2 skilled transformation personnel (excluding electrolyte change time).
