Product Description
This equipment is ideal for automatic ultrasonic welding in pouch cell EV-Battery stacking and winding processes. It includes advanced functionalities such as short circuit testing of cells.Pre and post-welding functionalities include automatic feeding and tab welding, tab cutting, tab bending, burr pressing on the welding surface, taping on the welding surface, and automatic sorting of OK and NG products. With mature performance and a modular design, it offers flexible configuration according to user demands.
The equipment supports flexible butt joint options for the incoming cell material mode before welding, whether it be belt pulling, material framing, or the front section.
Incoming materials can be configured with a hot pressure test, automatically eliminating defective cells.
Each critical procedure can employ mechanical or CCD mode for precise cell positioning.
Pre-welding setups can be configured with either sheet or roll material, featuring automatic length cutting and protection sheet automatic welding.
The pre-welding and final welding processes are equipped with cathode and anode electrode identification along with a special dust removal function.
Ultrasonic welding ensures strong fastness with no virtual welding, no vibration powder, no separator damage, no hot insulation glue, and no need to *** foil.
An optional CCD system can be used to detect the position accuracy of electrode tabs.
The machine can be configured to meet diverse customer requirements for various welding taping methods, including flat taping, L-type taping, and Z-type taping.
All accessories are designed to enable non-stop material changes.
After welding, the system supports flexible butt joint charging modes for the cells, such as belt pulling, feeding frame usage, and back-section feeding.
The control system is robust and flexible, featuring automatic diagnosis and repair capabilities.
During production, all data seamlessly integrates with the MES system for smooth operations.
