1.Mechanical hand material to the sealing cavity, after the completion of feeding automatically glue, puncture, degas, packaging.
2.Pre-cutting air bag function, excision of excess air bag edge, avoid the cross contamination of residual electrolyte on the air bag.
3.Battery short circuit test function after packaging, testing NG material and remove the NG product .
4.The air bag edge and side sealing edge are respectively removed after positioning at two stations to ensure the edge cutting accuracy.
5.After the hot side of the battery to finalize the design, hot side of the block has a buffer, to ensure that the battery is not damaged.
